Trampoline Safety

Proper warm up should precede trampoline use for all ages

The most important aspect of performance on a trampoline is control; uncontrolled bouncing should not be allowed.

No double-bouncing allowed, this is extremely dangerous

Young children should always have an adult present

No horseplay should be allowed

Never play UNDER a trampoline

Landing or standing on pads should be avoided.

All jumpers should perform only within their ability level

Do not accept "I dare you’s" on a trampoline

All jumpers should be instructed on how to do a "safety stop" which involves flexing the knees and coming to a quick stop when landing on a trampoline. Never jump off a trampoline

Use of trampolines under the influence of drugs or alcohol is ALWAYS prohibited
