
Wayne has been bouncing on trampolines for over 45 years. He competed in both gymnastics and diving, and used the trampoline as a training tool for both of these sports and recreation. He is the CEO and President of Trampolines Unlimited, Inc., which has manufactured both trampolines and gymnastics equipment since 1975. He invented the open-ended tumbling trampoline in 1981, which is marketed using the trade name Rocket-Track. He also invented a low-impact vaulting board in 1995, which is marketed using the trade name Air-O-Board.
Wayne received his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Northrop University and a Master’s degree from Stanford University. After graduating, he worked in the field of aerospace engineering involved in nearly all facets of vehicle simulation, which included automobiles, submarines, and conventional, rotary wing, and V/STOL aircraft. On many of these multi-million dollar projects he was in charge and responsible as the chief engineer.
Currently Wayne is engineering and developing trampoline parks in the USA and soon abroad. He has a welding facility in Ogden, Utah as well as his long-time suppliers that custom-make all his spring pads and bouncing surfaces. He is an innovator in this field and every park is a new drawing board.

Suzanne Wolfe has been involved in gymnastics since 1974. Suzanne was a competitive gymnast for seven years, a director at Encore Gymnastics in Walnut Creek, California; she owned a gymnastics school in Lake Tahoe, and one in Carpinteria, California. Her creative and artistic talent is apparent when you entered her unique gymnastics school. Her knowledge of what children find fun, combined with her knowledge of safety and equipment is quickly making her well know in the USA Gymnastics and Trampoline community.
As part of the TUI team, Suzanne is our Safety and Operations specialist. She is safety certified, and a professional member of USA Gymnastics (the governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the USA). She also does much of the preliminary designs with the customer to ensure each park has its own unique spin. She has created 6 different training manuals that help with the planning, risk management, employees, and emergency response for TUI parks. Suzanne goes onsite to every new park and trains owners and their staff members on safety, and trampoline dos and don’ts prior to their opening.
In 2012 Suzanne will be the General Manager of TUI’s own flagship Trampoline Park in Santa Barbara, Ca. This will be TUI’s training ground for new innovative products, ideas and inventions. This location will also be a place where TUI will have trampoline park boot camps for managers and owners. Classes on all facets of running a safe and successful park will be offered to Trampoline park owners and directors.

“Master of Business” Larry Wolfe has owned and operated 10 businesses over the past 35 years. These experiences included the responsibility for inventory planning, expense and margin control, balance sheet and income reporting and all required government reporting. Wolfe’s experience and knowledge of leasing and building new businesses has brought a wealth of knowledge to TUI for its customers.
At TUI his knowledge of our operations and the “ins & outs” of running a successful business is invaluable. At TUI he manages all our business systems, finances, insurance, legal and the corporation. Larry is our “go to” guy when it comes to anything to do with the business aspects of TUI.

Jason has been involved with TUI, to varying degrees, since its inception. He has a degree from Princeton University, and currently works in the Asset Management industry. He is on several boards in the Santa Barbara community, and aids TUI in various business development efforts including the rollout of the Turnkey Model, the general expansion, and the strategic direction of the business.

Brian has over twenty-four years of construction and management experience, and he brings over ten years of experience in the field of modular installation skills acquired working for Steelcase Inc. on multiple projects around the country. He has the ability to solve complex problems and find solutions to match each customer’s site. His extensive background in construction also allows for smooth integration and installation of our trampolines alongside the completion of your facility. He has knowledge of all building trades and scheduling to ensure the completion of each facility in a timely manner and is also a licensed general contractor. His experience in working with TUI is invaluable when putting these Parks together.

Carlos is the chief welder at TUI. With his welding shop in Ogden, Utah, Carlos has been welding for 30 years. He has been welding for TUI since 1994. Carlos is not just a welder, but a key person in fabricating new innovations.
